eFCOM prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking-related exploitation, and any behavior or content that sexualizes, harms, or endangers children.

Prohibited

No CSAM or child exploitation

Content that depicts, promotes, solicits, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation is banned.

Reporting

Fast reporting routes

Users can report harmful content in-app and can also contact eFCOM directly for urgent safety concerns.

Enforcement

Removal and account action

We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and permanently ban offenders.

Compliance

Escalation when required

Where required by law, eFCOM may report credible child safety threats to relevant authorities.

Our standards

eFCOM is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation on the platform. We do not allow content or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, manipulates, endangers, or otherwise harms minors.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized imagery involving a minor.
  • Grooming, coercion, sextortion, predatory messaging, or attempts to exploit a child.
  • Requests for sexual images of minors, trafficking-related exploitation, or facilitation of abuse.
  • Any attempt to use chat, comments, posts, or media sharing to endanger or exploit a child.

Reporting child safety concerns

  • Users can report harmful posts, comments, chats, groups, and other content through in-app reporting tools.
  • Serious concerns can also be sent directly to efcomofficial@gmail.com.
  • Please include enough detail for our team to locate and review the reported content quickly.

Enforcement and escalation

  • We may remove violating content immediately and restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts involved.
  • We may preserve relevant records when needed for safety review or legal compliance.
  • Where required by law, we may report credible child sexual abuse or exploitation matters to relevant authorities.
