eFCOM is a community-driven app experience that supports posting, chats, message requests, moderation, subscriptions, notifications, and account management. This policy applies to the app and the public support and legal pages connected to it.

We do not sell your personal information. We use data to operate the app, protect users, deliver Premium correctly, and keep the service reliable.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as email address, username, provider, and basic profile state.
  • Content and activity such as posts, comments, chats, message requests, reactions, reports, and moderation history.
  • Technical information such as push tokens, app version, device state needed for reliability, and limited diagnostic signals.
  • Subscription and entitlement information used to deliver Premium features and reduce billing abuse or entitlement drift.
  • Safety and abuse-prevention data created when users report content or when enforcement is required.

How we use information

  • To authenticate accounts and run core features like leaks, comments, messaging, and notifications.
  • To improve app stability, performance, account reliability, and cross-device consistency.
  • To protect users, detect spam or abuse, investigate harmful behavior, and enforce platform rules.
  • To process Premium access, restore purchases, and prevent subscription mistakes from affecting user experience.

How information is shared

  • We may use trusted providers that help us operate the app, such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Expo services, Apple, Google Play, and infrastructure providers.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, for safety reasons, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
  • We may preserve limited records where necessary for billing, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or security.

Ads, Premium, and notifications

  • Non-Premium experiences may include ads. Premium users should not see ads while Premium is active.
  • If notifications are enabled, we store push identifiers so chat, social, and system notifications can be delivered.
  • Subscription and presence systems may sync across app services to keep entitlement, support, and reliability state accurate.

Retention and security

  • We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to run the service, protect the platform, comply with law, and resolve disputes.
  • We use practical technical and organizational safeguards, but no service can promise absolute security or zero risk.

Your choices

  • You can manage parts of your account and profile inside the app.
  • You can control notifications from device settings.
  • You can delete your account from the app or review the dedicated steps at efcomapp.com/delete-account.
