Acceptance of Terms

• By using eFCOM, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable platform rules.
• If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

Eligibility and account use

• You must meet the minimum age required by law and platform policy in your region.
• You are responsible for your account activity and for protecting your login information.
• You must not impersonate another person, brand, team, or organization.

User content and ownership

• You remain responsible for the content you upload, share, or send in eFCOM.
• You should only post content you own or have permission to use.
• You grant eFCOM the limited rights needed to host, display, distribute, moderate, and operate that content inside the service.

Prohibited conduct

• No harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, spam, fraud, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass security or moderation systems.
• No scraping, exploit abuse, reverse engineering of protected systems, or repeated misuse of platform features.
• No knowingly infringing or unauthorized use of media, audio, image, or video rights.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Pricing, duration, and renewal details are shown before purchase.
• Store-managed refunds and billing disputes are handled according to Apple or Google policies and applicable law.

Moderation and enforcement

• We may review, remove, restrict, or moderate content or accounts that create safety, trust, legal, or platform risk.
• We may warn, suspend, limit, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• We may preserve information when needed for safety, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal compliance.

Availability, disclaimers, and changes

• eFCOM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We may update, remove, suspend, or change features at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
