Delete account

Clear, self-service account deletion guidance.

eFCOM users can delete their account directly from inside the app. This page explains the steps, what to expect, and what limited records may still be retained for legitimate operational reasons.

Step 1

Open Settings

Go to the Settings area in eFCOM and choose Delete Account.

Step 2

Re-authenticate

If prompted, confirm your identity using your current sign-in method before deletion continues.

Step 3

Confirm deletion

Review the warning carefully and confirm if you want your account removed.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the eFCOM app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Re-authenticate if asked.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

What may still be retained

Some limited records may be kept when reasonably necessary for billing, subscription disputes, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, safety, legal compliance, or security investigations.

Retaining limited records for these purposes does not mean the deleted account remains active or accessible inside the normal app experience.
